MonaVie Sabah: MonaVie Independent Distributor
Direct selling and Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) can benefit from promoting through a website. Monavie Sabah website is not the offical website of MonaVie, it is the website of an independent distributor. While some brands will not allow you to use their images for a website, others might and if need be, you can always take your own photographs.
Direct sales is very popular and the majority of people I know are registered as an agent or distributor of at least one product. But most are not active and are not well suited to direct selling. Lack of training and enormous competition tend to discourage most agents.
Why I Think Websites Are Great For MLM
If you have an established brand that people buy, a website can market your products for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you have to do is either answer your phone or check your emails.
Some people are not willingly to put their telephone number on their website. All I will say is, if you are in business you need to give people your telephone number.
Use a professional email address, such as firstname.lastname@example.org. If you use gmail or any free email address, then choose something like email@example.com.
The reason why I think websites are great for direct selling is because they work! This Monavie independent distributor only markets through her website and people call her up from all over Sabah, including Labuan.
In business, you have to go to where the market is. If they are already online, then that is where you need to be.
MonaVie Sabah: Website Is Better Than Facebook
Like all of you, I know people who market their products through Facebook. Some of them are successful, most of them do not get any sales – what they get is lots of friends. There is a difference between building your brand on Facebook and using Facebook as a normal user.
In Malaysia, and probably throughout the world, people still search for products on the search engines. About 70% of people use Google. Part of the reason might be a website makes you look professional and gives your credibility. It shows that you are serious about your business.
The majority of my clients experience a growth in sales when they add a website to their marketing mix. It has been proven to us, over and over again that people are using the internet to find products and services. If you are not on the internet, you can be sure that your competitor is.
